Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept return and refund requests within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return or refund processing.

We do not charge any return handling fee or restocking fee for approved returns.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind)
  • Item does not meet expectations (non-defective product)
  • Item arrives damaged, broken, or defective
  • Quality-related issues upon delivery

For items that arrive damaged or defective due to our responsibility, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For non-defective returns (such as personal preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must be kept in original condition:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • No modification, trimming, reshaping, or assembly beyond original state
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories included
  • No visible dirt, stains, scratches, soil residue, or signs of use
  • Suitable for resale upon return inspection

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or partially refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of artificial plants and home décor products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Artificial plants or greenery that have been arranged, reshaped, cut, or modified after delivery
  • Flower pots or planters that show signs of use, installation, soil/water residue, scratches, or damage
  • Items that have been used for display outdoors and show weathering, fading, or wear
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories
  • Items not in resellable condition due to customer handling

At this time, we do not offer custom-made products, so customization exclusions do not apply.

Clearance or final sale items (if marked in the future) are also non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email with your order number
  2. Provide the reason for return and supporting photos (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request within a reasonable timeframe
  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return label.
For buyer’s remorse or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping.

Returns sent to any other address may not be processed.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval result.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection is completed.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required.
