Order Processing Time
We typically process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
To help ensure faster fulfillment:
Orders placed before 4:00 PM PDT are usually processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PDT will be handled on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.
Eligible delivery area:
- United States (mainland only)
We do not ship to the following regions:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO)
- U.S. overseas territories and remote islands
Please note that U.S. affiliated islands are not supported for delivery at this time.

For mainland U.S. orders, the estimated delivery timeline is:

- Total estimated delivery time (processing + transit): 6–13 business days
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or flight disruptions.
Shipping Fees
Our shipping fee structure is simple and transparent:
- Orders from $0.01 – $44.99: $6.99 shipping fee
- Orders of $45.00 and above: Free shipping
Free shipping applies only to eligible U.S. mainland addresses.
